This "jewel box" of a cottage exceeded the clients expectations at every level. Our collaboration with interior designer Sophie Metz truly made for special final results.

Completed in partnership with architect and interior designer, Sophie Metz, this beautiful project includes a main house, pool and pool house.

This guest cottage uses ship lap, faux beams and built-in storage to maximize small spaces and create a nautical-inspired living experience. 

With inspiration from the casual sophistication of Nantucket, every function and design of this home was thoughtfully customized to the needs and tastes of the clients. 

Designed by Jonathan and his wife Elizabeth, this property is located in the hedgerow of Montecito, California. This Spanish Mediterranean inspired home mirrors authentic details of the period.

Located in the small village of Siasconset, this home maximizes sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean.

  This stunning property was designed by  New York architect, Stephen Shadley also collaborated with world know Dutch garden designer, Piet Oudolf. We were very excited to be a part of this project.
