This phase begins with a personal meeting, where we discuss project details and budgets to ensure efficient costs, timely schedules and delivery, and eventually, the completion of your dream Nantucket home. With constant monitoring and interaction from the first meeting, rest assured that your project will be a gratifying process.
Working alongside our skilled and talented tradesmen, we keep the team accountable throughout the entire project. Our personal woodworking shop allows us to produce unique details and custom designs to make your home unlike any other.
An important step in any production, this phase includes site cleanup, final inspections, and move-in coordination. After completion, we have a final walkthrough to ensure your complete satisfaction. As an added bonus, we offer complimentary caretaking
for one year.
